基于轴箱加速度的轨道短波状态检测系统能够有效识别轨道短波病害。为了深入研究轨道-车辆系统的特征,本文提出将轴箱振动加速度和轮轨噪声实时同步采集。为了获取振动噪声数据,研制了轮轨振动噪声采集设备。该设备集成度高,配置灵活,可在高速动态条件下实现轴箱振动加速度和轮轨噪声信号的实时同步高精度采集、信号预处理及数据存储。其数据采集软件用于传感器参数设置、配置信息记录、波形输出等。经现场试验验证,该采集设备获取的数据可有效进行时频分析及数据挖掘,为轴箱振动、轮轨噪声的特征分析提供了数据支撑,进而更全面地对轨道短波病害进行诊断。
Abstract:The track short-wave state detection system based on axle box acceleration can effectively identify track short-wave diseases. In order to further investigate the characteristics of the rail-vehicle system, this paper proposed to synchronously collect vibration noise data by collecting axle box vibration acceleration and wheel-rail noise in real time, and developed a wheel-rail vibration noise collection device. This device has high integration and flexible configuration, and can achieve real-time synchronous high-precision collection, signal preprocessing, and data storage of axle box vibration acceleration and wheel-rail noise signals under high speed dynamic conditions. Its data acquisition software is used for sensor parameter setting, configuration information recording, waveform output, etc. Through on-site testing and verification, the data obtained by the collection device can effectively perform time-frequency analysis and data mining, which can provide data support for the characteristic analysis of axle box vibration and wheel-rail noise, and can diagnose track short-wave diseases more comprehensively.
