建立重载铁路线路轮轨耦合动力学模型,计算分析扣件系统弹条连续缺失和伤损对列车通过时的脱轨系数、轮重减载率、轮轨横向力等安全性指标的影响。结果表明:扣件系统连续失效导致轮轨横向力、钢轨轨头横移和车体横向加速度增大,其中轨头横移是确定扣件失效组数限值的控制因素。上股、下股钢轨扣件连续失效组数的限值分别为4组和6组。达到扣件连续伤损组数时须尽快更换扣件部件,恢复其状态,避免影响行车安全和造成轨道结构的进一步劣化。
Abstract:This paper established a wheel-track coupling dynamic model for heavy haul railway, calculated and analyzed the impact of missing or damaged sections of the fastening system clip on safety indicators such as derailment coefficient, wheel load reduction rate, and axle lateral force. The results indicate that continuous damage of the fastening system lead to an increase in the lateral force between the wheel and rail, the lateral displacement of rail head, and the lateral acceleration of the vehicle body. The lateral displacement of rail head is a key factor in controlling the number of fastening failure groups. The analysis shows that the limit for the number of continuous failure groups of the upper and lower rail fastening system are 4 and 6 respecilly. When the number of continuous damage groups of the fastening system is reached, the components need to be replaced as soon as possible to restore their state and avoid affecting driving safety and causing further deterioration of the track structure.
