严寒地区桥上无砟轨道冻胀整治技术

摘要:

为抑制严寒地区桥上无砟轨道冻胀病害进一步发展,通过分析冻胀变化规律和产生原因,提出冻胀病害整治技术,并通过对严寒地区两处轨道冻胀进行现场应用来验证其整治效果。结果表明:严寒地区桥上无砟轨道冻胀集中发生在每年11月至次年4月,冻胀变化包括冻胀上涨、冻胀稳定和冻胀回落3个阶段;桥上无砟轨道冻胀的主要原因有底座与梁面间离缝,伸缩缝嵌缝材料脱落,环境温度低;桥上无砟轨道冻胀整治宜采用切割排水槽+底座与梁面间离缝注浆填充+排水槽回填+伸缩缝嵌缝封闭的方式;整治后,现场整治区域的轨道高低峰值变化小,且未出现轨道高低峰值变化量逐年增大的趋势,整治效果良好。

Abstract:

To suppress the further development of frost heave disease on ballastless tracks on bridges in severe cold regions, by analyzing the change laws and causes of frost heave, the frost heave disease treatment techniques were proposed, and their treatment effects were verified through on-site application of the frost heave on two tracks in severe cold regions. The results show that frost heave of ballastless track on bridges in severe cold regions occurs mainly from November to April of the following year, and the frost heave changes include three stages including frost heave rise, frost heave stability, and frost heave fall. The main reasons for the frost heave of ballastless tracks on bridges are the gap between the base and the beam surface, the detachment of expansion joint materials, and low ambient temperatures.The frost heave treatment of ballastless tracks on bridges should be carried out by cutting drainage channels, grouting and filling the gap between the base and the beam surface, backfilling the drainage channels, and sealing the expansion joints. After the treatment, the peak value of the track in the on-site treatment area changes little, and there was no trend of increasing peak value change by years, which indicates a good treatment effect.
