为解决部分客货共线60 kg/m钢轨9号交叉渡线部分轨件过度磨耗、扣件系统易失效、道岔服役寿命变短等问题,降低养护维修工作量,结合现场使用经验,设计新型客货共线60 kg/m钢轨9号交叉渡线及配套单开道岔。新型9号交叉渡线配套单开道岔轨件尖轨采用“直曲组合型”线型以及“刨切基本轨加厚尖轨”技术,提高尖轨使用寿命。单开道岔扣件系统采用预埋铁座代替预埋尼龙套管,增强扣件稳定性。交叉渡线受限于安装空间,采用预埋套管与预埋铁座配合的扣件系统。将新型交叉渡线铺设于运营线路进行测试,结果表明其整体状态良好,磨耗速率明显降低,使用寿命达到预期。
Abstract:To address issues including excessive wear of specific components, frequent failure of the fastening system, and shortened service life of the 60 kg/m Rail No.9 scissors crossover in mixed passenger and freight railway, as well as to reduce maintenance workload, a new type 60 kg/m rail No.9 scissors crossover and its associated single turnout were designed based on field experience. The switch rail of optimized single turnout for the new No.9 scissors crossover adopts a straight-curve combined line shape and thickens switch rail by slicing basic rail to improve service life of the switch rail. The fastening system of the single turnout utilizes embedded iron seats instead of embedded nylon casing pipes to enhance stability. Scissors crossover, which is constrained by installation space, applies a fastening system combining embedded casing pipes and embedded iron seats. Field tests are conducted by installing the new Scissors crossover in operational lines, with the results demonstrate that the new type 60 kg/m rails No.9 scissors crossover performs in a condition with significantly reduced wear rates. The service life of system meets its life expectancy.
