大跨浅埋暗挖地铁车站先站后隧再站施工技术实践

摘要:

为解决城市暗挖地铁车站与区间隧道施工工期存在较大矛盾的问题,在分析复杂敏感环境下地铁车站建设所面临的挑战后,结合现有暗挖地铁车站施工方法及经验,以青岛地铁5号线宁夏路站工程为背景,提出了一种新的暗挖地铁车站施工方法——先站后隧再站法。分析了先站后隧再站法的设计理念,总结了站厅层开挖及支护、区间隧道永久管片与站域临时管片接口连接、站域临时管片拼装与破除、区间隧道永久管片拉紧加固、站厅层临时支撑拆除、站台层开挖及支护等关键技术,并根据现场监测数据对地表沉降和车站拱顶沉降进行了分析。实践结果表明:采用先站后隧再站法进行施工,实现了车站与区间隧道施工的并行作业,解决了现有施工方法中车站与区间隧道施工工期存在较大矛盾的问题。相较于现有暗挖施工方法,能更好地保证车站与区间隧道施工的连续性。经现场监测反馈,采用本文的施工方法后地表沉降和车站拱顶沉降均满足控制要求。

Abstract:

To address the significant conflict in construction schedules between urban mined metro stations and interval tunnels, this study proposed a new construction method for mined metro stations, namely the station-tunnel-station method, based on an analysis of the challenges associated with metro station construction in complex and sensitive urban environments, as well as existing construction methods and practical experience of mined metro stations. The Ningxia Road Station project of Qingdao Metro Line 5 was taken as the engineering background. The design concept of the station-tunnel-station method was analyzed, together with its key technologies, including excavation and support of the concourse level, interface connection between the interval tunnel permanent segments and station-area temporary segments, assembly and demolition of station-area temporary segments, tensioning reinforcement of interval tunnel permanent segments, removal of temporary supports at the concourse level, and excavation and support of the platform level. In addition, ground surface settlement and station arch crown settlement were analyzed based on field monitoring data. The practical results indicate that the application of the station-tunnel-station method enables parallel construction of the station and interval tunnels, thereby resolving a prominent scheduling conflict between station and interval tunnel construction in conventional methods. Compared with existing mined construction methods, the proposed method better ensures the continuity of station and interval tunnel construction. Field monitoring results show that both the ground surface settlement and station arch crown settlement induced by the proposed construction method satisfy the specified control limits.
